What’s New This Year
If you have exhibited with us in the past, you may notice that things will look a little different this year. After hosting the annual school at the University of Texas at Arlington for 79 years, we are moving to the Esports Stadium Arlington!
A New Home for 2027
This move brings some exciting benefits for our exhibitors, including:
No restrictions on loading and unloading
Dedicated venue parking
A larger exhibit hall to help accommodate our growing number of exhibitors and annual waitlist

Because of the transition to our new venue and the many changes underway, exhibitors will not be able to select their booth number at the time of registration.
However, registration is officially open, and you can go ahead and secure your spot now! Booth assignments and additional exhibitor details will be provided as plans continue to come together.
