University of Texas at Arlington

Registration will be held in Room 100 of Nedderman Hall, 416 Yates Street, on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Tuesday, May 14, from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Please do not park anywhere else. Parking requires registration in UTA’s MavPark System. Citations may be issued by UTA if you fail to register your vehicle. See our Parking page for more information and the link to register.

UT Arlington is a tobacco free campus. Do not smoke or use tobacco products anywhere on campus property.

Parking in other areas may result in a parking citation.

Parking permits are not needed, but All vehicles must be registered in the University of Texas at Arlington's MAVpark system to AVOID a citation.

UTA has reserved lots Lot 34, 36, 38, and F11 for attendees.

How to Register for Parking:

Use the following link.
Click “Department-Hosted Event”
Select “TWUA Water School 2024”
Enter voucher code WS2024
Select the permit type “(EVT-COMP) Fac/Staff Surface Lots”
Select the active dates
Click “Add Vehicle” and enter your vehicle information
Once you’ve completed this, click “Confirm” and check the box to agree to the Terms of Service
Click “Continue”
Enter the email address you would like to receive your e-permit to be sent to and complete “Checkout”
